Terms of Use — Landoss

1. Who we are

Landoss is a trading name of Landoss Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. Landoss is a free directory of land for sale in the North West of England. By using the website or its email alerts ("Service"), you agree to these terms.

2. What Landoss does

We gather basic facts about land listed for sale on agent, auction house and property websites — location, guide price, size and planning status — and link back to the page where it is being sold. We are not an estate agent, we don't sell land, and we aren't part of any sale. Enquiries, viewings and offers go directly to the agent or auction house selling it.

3. Free to use

The directory and email alerts are free. There is no account or sign-up. We may change or add features, including coverage beyond the North West, at any time.

4. Accuracy of listings

Listing details are taken automatically from other websites and may be out of date, incomplete or wrong. A listing may have sold or changed price since we last checked it. Always check details with the selling agent. Nothing on Landoss is valuation, planning, legal or financial advice. Get independent advice before buying.

5. Email alerts

You can ask for emails about new listings that match your filters, or about changes to a listing you're watching. Alerts only start after you confirm your email address, and every email has a link to stop it. We can't guarantee every change or new listing will be picked up, or picked up straight away.

6. Acceptable use

You must not copy the directory in bulk, scrape or overload the website, sign up other people's email addresses, or use the Service unlawfully.

7. Agents and listing owners

If you are selling a listing shown on Landoss and want it corrected or removed, email us and we'll deal with it promptly.

8. Liability

The Service is provided free and as is. To the extent permitted by law, Landoss is not liable for any loss arising from relying on listing information, including loss of profit or opportunity.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Using the Service after an update means you accept the updated terms.
