Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Landoss is a trading name of Landoss Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. By creating an account or using the Landoss platform ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. The beta

The Service is currently in beta. Features may change without notice, downtime may occur, and the valuation methodology is being refined. Beta access is provided free of charge during this period. We may end the beta or change pricing on reasonable notice.

3. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when signing up, including a valid business email and agency name.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to upload unlawful content, infringe third-party rights, attempt to access other users' data, reverse-engineer the platform, or re-sell access without our written permission.

5. Valuations are indicative

Land Information Packs and valuations generated by the Service are indicative only. They are not formal RICS Red Book valuations, planning advice, or a recommendation to transact. You and your clients should obtain independent legal, planning, tax and valuation advice before acting on any information produced by the Service.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the data and documents you upload. You grant Landoss a limited licence to process that data solely to operate and improve the Service. We will not share your land instructions with other agents, developers, or the public.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Landoss is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is capped at the fees you've paid in the 12 months preceding the claim (which, during the beta, is zero).

8. Termination

You can close your account at any time by emailing hello@landoss.co.uk. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms or for safety reasons.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-product banner. Continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
